Coconut Rolo Peanut Butter Krispy Treats

I haven't been making enough treats lately for my family. Partly because I am way tempted to devour all of them myself but also because I have been cooking so many other foods that I just haven't really thought about sweets much.

So when I came across a picture for Scotcharoo Cups over at Lil Luna I thought my family would like them. The only problem was that I didn't have any butterscotch in the house so I made mine coconut flavored. Oh boy, watch out! Between the peanut butter and coconut oil they are very delicious :)

You know what? I have EVERYTHING I need to run into the kitchen and make these right now! Only one problem... my family is home today :(

Snow day at school so the kids are home and the hubby is out shoveling as we speak. That means I would have to share these little magic treats. And I don't really want to.

S'more Pudding Cookies

To say that these cookies turned out good would be an understatement! My family LOVED them! They can be a little critical sometimes of new recipes, especially when it comes to cookies. They have their favorites and I wasn't sure how they were going to like S'more Pudding Cookies.

Guess I didn't have to worry because they were gone before I knew it. I am definitely going to have to make these again soon!
